The short version: we don't collect personal information about people who browse or RSVP.

You never make an account or type your name, email or phone number. When you tap RSVP, your browser gets a random ID that only marks "this phone RSVP'd to this event". We use it to stop duplicate RSVPs and to show you your own RSVPs. Organizers see only the number of RSVPs, never who.

If you clear your browser data, that ID and your RSVP list are gone. We can't recover them, because we don't know who you are.

Our hosting providers keep short-lived technical logs (like IP addresses) to keep the site secure and to block abuse, such as too many taps from one place.

We store your email address only so you can log in with a 6-digit code. We don't use it for newsletters or marketing, and we don't share it.

Events you post are public. Photos are resized when you upload them, and location and camera details are removed.

Our database and photos are stored in Canada (Supabase, Canada Central region). The website is served by Vercel.

We follow Canada's PIPEDA and British Columbia's PIPA. Organizers can ask us what we hold about them, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it and we will.
